Written into every contract
The following terms are included in every Sama contract, regardless of project size.
- A non-disclosure agreement first
- Sama signs the client's non-disclosure agreement, or provides its own, before any systems or files are shared.
- A fixed scope and price
- After the assessment, the client receives a written scope, price and milestones. Any change is agreed in writing first.
- Client ownership
- Source code, access credentials and documentation belong to the client from the start, hosted wherever the client chooses.
- Support under a service-level agreement
- Agreed response times and escalation contacts, in Arabic or English.
