A four-phase delivery process

Every engagement follows the same four phases, with defined deliverables and responsibilities at each stage.

Phase 1
Assess
A review of current systems and processes with the staff who use them, identifying risks and priorities.
DeliverablesA written assessment, agreed priorities and a fixed-scope proposal.
Phase 2
Architect
Design of the target system, covering integrations, infrastructure, security and data, with milestones agreed with the client.
DeliverablesAn architecture, a delivery plan and acceptance criteria.
Phase 3
Implement
Development in short iterations with a demonstration every two weeks, joint testing with the client's team, and planned data migration.
DeliverablesWorking software, documentation and trained users.
Phase 4
Support
Monitoring, maintenance and a bilingual helpdesk after go-live, under a service-level agreement.
DeliverablesOngoing support from the team that delivered the system.
