What we collect
We collect the information you send us directly, such as your name, email address and message when you contact us or apply for a role. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. We set one cookie to remember your language, and your browser stores your day / night preference locally. Pages that show our office location include an embedded Google Map, and Google may set its own cookies when it loads. Google's privacy policy covers how it uses that information. The weather on our home page comes from MET Norway (the Norwegian Meteorological Institute); our server fetches it once a day, so your browser never contacts them.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to you, prepare proposals, assess job applications and deliver services you have asked for.
Sharing
We don't sell your information. We share it only with providers that help us operate, such as email hosting, under agreements that protect it, or when the law requires it.
Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as we need to respond and follow up, and job applications for up to twelve months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
