Challenge
JONEPS is national infrastructure, used by government entities and suppliers every working day. Its code, data and servers must be improved without interrupting service.
Solution
Sama is responsible for the full codebase, front end and back end, including bug fixes, data corrections and routine server maintenance. Modernisation is carried out with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship (MoDEE).
Outcome
Sama has been responsible for the JONEPS codebase for more than a year, covering day-to-day maintenance and longer-term modernisation with MoDEE.
